Our Vision is a sustainable Health Hub that will support the residents of the South Kent community with a centralized facility offering comprehensive and integrated health and wellness services.
The Health Hub will be a warm and inviting space throughout, with easy flow from one service to another. Patients will enjoy comfortable waiting spaces for services where the only time you will feel like you’re in a medical centre is in the examination room.
Indoor and outdoor maintenance and renovations will allow the Chatham Kent Family Health Team to move into the building and begin to expand their services. Renovations will also allow us to offer services like laboratory, X-ray & ultrasound, pharmacy, mental health care and much more.
